Our Services

Naturopathic Medicine

Together with your naturopath you will be assessed system by system to examine every area of  your health.  Manyconditions do not exist solely in the mind and do impact the entire body.  We spend time trying to unpack and treat the mind-body connection through many therapeutic avenues.  If you are seeing other medical professionals, we will collaborate with them to create an optimal treatment plan.

Acupuncture

This modality draws on both principles of ancient eastern traditions and modern western practices.  Research shows that acupuncture is an effective adjunctive treatment that works by relieving stress and anxiety, improving sleep and digestion, balancing hormones and putting the body into a state of calm.

Kitchen Workshops + Outings

Your nutritionist will spend time with you engaging hands-on with food.  This means cooking, baking, going to restaurants, trying new foods, meal preparation and grocery shopping.  The goal is to help you connect directly with the food you are consuming as it is ultimately healing your mind.

Family Therapy + Couples Therapy

Family and couple therapy aims to facilitate discussions, uncover dynamics, mediate conflicts and improve communication among families or couples. These confidential sessions are 55-110 minutes long, depending on the size of the group and the nature of the presenting issue. The sessions are led by a Clinical Social Worker and can include the whole family, or just the members who wish to participate.

Nutritional Counselling

Our nutritionists spend time learning about your food patterns and eating habits.  They work with you to teach you about optimal nutrition, address nutrient deficiencies and increase comfort with food.  They also will help you understand the connection between food and your mental health condition.  Food is medicine!

Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy sessions offer a safe and confidential place for you to discuss challenges that you are experiencing in your life or talk about on-going mental health concerns. These sessions with a Clinical Social Worker aim to heal, inspire, and assist you in achieving optimal mental wellness.
